NEW BUSINESS: Sal Buonocore reported that the rule has been changed for being added to the list of Onondaga County Veterans whose names can be added to the War Memorial. He also reported on the status of a multimillion dollar renovation of the War Memorial Building, including the fact that there will be one room which can be used, at no charge, by any veteranís organization providing that organization requires no additional facilities.
